Default Absorber control switch - don't change hardness?

Hi,
I have big problem with my air suspension. It is very hard like pernamently sport mode. When i turn button on and off it show icon on gauges, but i don't feel any difference Even i don't hear the absorbers solenoids. Height adjustment working perfectly.
Is there a special fuse for steering hardness?
Please give me advice what should i check.

Have you tried unplugging the "Norm/Sport" switch to see if the ride goes soft?

Please follow the attached troubleshooting steps to address C1786 and C1787...

Below is the drawing where you will find the Suspension Control ECU...

Sorry, my bad, I should have asked... The Suspension ECU was relocated in the 2004-2006 model LS430. Again, my sincere apology! Please see drawing below.

The 2004 version of troubleshooting procedures for C1787 is slightly different as well. Please see attached.

I have still the same problem, changed suspension ECU and switch button - no difference.
U can see video there:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECSmecQTK-s&feature=youtu.be
Like u see suspension is always on sport mode [17=hard], no trouble codes but in that Utility [wtf is that?] we see few troubles, when i clear them suspension going to soft [1] mode but still i cant control it with Sport Button [on dash and on techstream it 'work' but don't change hardness]
When i turn off engine and start I have again [17] sport mode on and i need to go to Utility clear and i have soft till next turn off& start engine...
How to fix that **** suspension? I specially buy car with AIR Suspension for soft and comfy ride but it seems even Toyota can't make it well.
