De-badging LS

De-badging LS
I usually like un-cluttered look of debadged vehicle.
So When I got my '04 LS UL, that was the first thing I tried.
To my surprise, there's actually a hole on the trunk for the badge's alignment.
I found one right behind the "s" of Lexus.
So I stopped and stuck the "s" back on.
Has anyone debadge the LS here?
if so, how many holes did Lexus made for the badging on the trunk?

We asked the dealer to do it and they said that there were holes. To get around that they would either have to
a) fill the holes with some plastic
b) repaint the entire trunk to make it seemless.
That seemed excessive for us, so the badges stay.
I'll order the black pearl badges or a piano black finish or maybe black CF later in the summer -- I think that'd be the closest to debadging without spending way too much money.
