Default 1 touch dialing setup problem

Ok, I finally borrowed my assistant's T-Mobile Razr phone to transfer my phone numbers. Thanks Verizon I can't edit my 1-touch phone #6, usually it's outlined in green border to edit or erase but it's constantly blank. #6 is showing "out going call" and I tried "erase all" function under both out going & incoming calls and only #6 is still unchangeable.
Can someone help me with this problem?

Oh, also anyone having problems with swinging air conditioner vent function? Mine only moves less than 1/2 inches side to side. Shouldn't it move all the way from left to right?

Great newbie questions-

1. The 6th button in all three quick dial screens is for the last outgoing call. This is by design and cannot be changed. I guess they figured 15 quick dial buttons was enough and it was too tricky to make a separate redial button.

2. The vents move in a different fashion depending on temperature difference, passenger temp settings, and whether or not there is a passenger in the seat. Yes, hard to believe but hey actually put a large amount of logic in the vent oscillators. They are working exactly as designed. As proof of this, turn them on and wait for them do act as you describe; then have a friend sit in the passenger seat. You can see them change to full oscillate.

pretty cool if you ask me.

Have fun- your car is working fine.

Thanks, I'll have to double check that.
I'm pretty sure only #6 out of 18 1-touch dialing is set for outgoing call. I programmed #12 & #18 to my personal numbers yesterday.

Default #6 is the only one you can't program..

because its purpose is a redial feature for when you are driving. You get 17 total one touch dials. The Verizon version of the RAZR does not allow phonebook transfer because Verizon deleted that function. Any other provider and the RAZR will send contact listings in one at a time. PDA type phones will often allow transfer of all contacts at once but certain protocols must be followed like no parentheses, each phone number must have an individual listing etc.

Your center vent system has a sophisticated computer that operates it and there are temperature and light sensors in the car that feed it information. It decides where and at what temperature to send the air. You can freeze the vents and use them manually if you wish by turning the automatic feature off. On the new LS460 arriving this fall the system will scan your body temperature and react accordingly....
