CR deals mainly with reliabilities and value, like what cars, aplliances, tv's and other consumer products that lasts the longest and for that what it costs. Off course nobody wants a fridge that breaks constantly down.
The only thing people will put up with is non-reliable HP-oozing cars ..........no need to mention names
