Default When you back up....

I just noticed this, when you back up do your side mirrors angle down ?

If I remember correctly, they did when I first got it, but now they don't....

I believe there's a switch somewhere that enables you to turn on/off the auto tilt down feature...it should be somewhere near the controls you use to adjust the sideview mirrors.

You have to leave the side mirror switch on either right or left for them to go downwards when you reverse. The '00 LS400 i test drove did this and i liked that feature. Discovered this by mistake on the ls430

I HATE that feature, when I opened the door last time, I almost hit a person driving on the bike

Depending on what car I'm driving, I like it. In the sedan and the coupe, I don't like it, because all I see is the ground, but in the X5 it's needed!
