I called Lexus Customer Service yesterday to tell them I hadn't received my gas cards and they were very polite and extremely responsive. I had a returned call after a couple of hours and they verified they had an incorrect address on file and they are fedexing me my $200 gas cards on Monday. They even asked which gas station company I wanted the card issued for.
So my advice is if you haven't received your cards after 8 weeks - call them!
Combine that with the original service - they dropped off a brand new RX330 loaner to my home when they collected my LS430 for the recall work and returned my car to my house 3 days later - and it is another reminder why I bought a Lexus.
THAT is the way to handle a recall and to keep customer loyalty. They turned a negative (the recall) in to a positive customer experience.
