'04 LS 430 - Auto Unlocking
Hi all. Still waiting for my '04 LS. It should be here in a day or so. I'm driving an '03 LS demo that is loaded (Ultra Luxury). I noticed that the doors automatically lock when the car is put in gear but they do not automatically unlock when either put in park or the key is removed from the ignition.
My Audi A6 4.2 (previous car) was programmed to have the doors automatically unlock. I was wondering if the '04 LS can be set up this way as well.

The 430's locking/unlocking functions (C-Best settings) can be changed by the dealer. And YES there is a setting to unlock the doors when the car is placed into PARK. A listing of the C-Best settings used to be found in the ClubLexus Maintenance forum. Anybody know where the C-Best settings list is for the 01'-O3' or if there is one out for the 04'?
