can someone help me figure out how to fix p0125 i’ve looked up a few things but all of those things have been replaced

The P0125 code indicates an "Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control". It means the engine control module (ECM) isn't detecting the engine's coolant temperature is high enough for the engine to run in closed-loop mode. This typically suggests a problem with the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor or related wiring.

On some models, Lexus does not adhere to the SAE standard definition for DTC P0125 which is related to the ECT. Google does not work in this case for P0125.
