Default Throttle body gaskets - replace?

I’ve never replaced throttle body gaskets on a car but someone said you might as well do them if you’re changing the valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and some other things down there on these cars. Has anyone changed their throttle body gaskets? Is it a good idea or is there absolutely no reason to mess with them? I have no idea if they can go bad or anything about them honestly

Looks like there’s 2: 22271-50042, 22273-50020

If you remove the TB to clean it then yes replace the gasket.
Otherwise, there's really no reason to unless it's somehow leaking coolant.

Crap, I already cleaned the throttle body a while back haha. I’m ocd about preventive maintenance but I’m not sure it’s necessary even messing with these…

Default Little gasket

I cleaned my throttle body 4 years ago and that little gasket under that cover plate was super brittle so I replaced it. I want to clean my TB again but was wondering if that needs to be replaced each time you clean your TB?
