Finding Techstream V12
Happy Saturday to all. After reading a ton here (SC also) and ih8atemud forums I cannot for the life of me find a V12 Techstream version. I purchased a vista 32 bit laptop just for this project. Im getting the mini cable of ebay and know it comes with the latest V18 one but it seems you need v12 and 1.4.1 firmware all which seem to have been replaced now.
Anyone know of information on finding a V12 TS?

Oh ok, well what I read was for pre cars like the sc430 and ls you needed firmware 1.4.1 and v12 for it to run on these cars because its so old. Squeaky Goat, you have a 430 and programed it with the v18 cable? Thats the same Im getting. I dont think its because of vista I need v12. But now Im hopping it will run v18. Maybe I should have gotten windows 7 or more. Thanks for info, hope that works
