Default power steering leak from line coupling

My LS is leaking power steering fluid slowly from one of the lines. It's slow enough that the reservoir still says "full" after owning the car for a few months. But it's still accumulated enough to be ugly.

Looking at the diagram below, I think the leak comes from where the green-highlighted section of the second line/hose is coupled to the pink-highlighted section of the first line/hose.

Anyone have experience with this leak?

Is the system pressurized at this location? Would it be OK for me to drain the system and disassemble to figure out if the leak is coming from damage to the metal lines, or just the coupling?

If the problem is just in the coupling, is there any official replacement part? I only see the whole hose assemblies on lexuspartsnow, etc.

Thank you!!

If the rubber section is not available from Lexus try and find a generic replacement with a 90 degree elbow. The repair will make a mess no matter what you do, put a catch pan under the line you're replacing. You will likely find that hose is hard and brittle.

edit * Rockauto has the entire assembly with the hose you need, kinda expensive

If you want to save some cash and try a worm gear clamp it might work. replace just the clamp with a generic clamp from say napa and clean the area and recheck. You could slide that clamp over the metal tube area and just cut it off so you wont have to open up the system at all or even just leave the clamp on there in a slightly different spot ( wont hurt anything ) . See this leak on camrys all the time at my work. Like mentioned above it may be that the rubber is dry and brittle and like also mentioned just get generic hose and replace with new clamps.

@wrangler21 If I understand correctly, you are saying that the leak might be fixable by clamping harder on the existing hoses instead of replacing any of the hoses? Is that right? Thanks!
