My white '03 LS, I think, needs a pinstripe. Any of you have experience with pinstripping an LS? First of all, how much is a REASONABLE cost to do this? And what color best compliments white with the tan interior? A tan stripe? And should the stripe extend over the trunk lip in the rear, or just along the sides of the car?

Your opinions are appreciated.

I would go with a black pinstripe. It would show up the best, in my opinion.

I know what you are going through. I also have a white '03 LS 430 and wanted it pin striped. It turned out PERFECT! He PAINTED (Please don't use tape), two lines,about 1 inch from the head light and ended about 3 inches from the tail light. The color is a light tan on top and a little darker tan on the bottom. The lines on each end come together as one. Loooks really fine.

I went to a reputuable auto/body paint shop and they recommended this guy. He charged me $95. Too bad you don;t live in Grants Pass, OR and you could have him do it for you. The lines are even and straight. You can tell I was satisfied with the job. And that is what you want, just something that is a highlight, but not overdone. (I have pin stiped all my cars over the years)
