VSC and ABS light came on after front hub bearing replacement.
I'm not sure what could be the cause because I did have my dashboard dismantled and my 2000 LS400 is the model that had the navigation unit I pulled it out converted it to basic climate control and upgraded to stereo system but I did drive it 2 days or 3 with everything unplugged the VSC included I put it back together today after I replace the front bearing and the VSC light came on right after the replacement and everything went back together fine nothing broke I put the speed sensor back in and the ring that counts the teeth all that is in place any ideas?

Are you sure that the ABS/VSC computer is getting the signal from the speed sensor?
You can simply check it using a multi meter setting it an AC voltage mode. Lift up the tire and rotate it fully by your hand. You can observe about 1V of signal at the sensor's connector. You also can monitor it using a head phone. you can hear the sound of a few hundred Hz. Of course it is the best to use an oscilloscope but a AC volt meter and a headphone can be used to check the signal. The sound is pitched higher as you rotate the tire faster.
