If you have jack stands(or a neighbor) get the car up in the air and look and hear for a leak behind the rear flange of the passenger catalytic converter. These older lexus's leak air there by the flange corroding over time. If there is a leak there, there are materials you can use to patch it and get your code to go away.

I used exhaust paste around the flanges and the code went away for a year and then returned so I reapplied again and the code has not returned in over 2 years.
