Default HVAC fan working intermittently

1998 LS400
195K miles
NAV/Climate/radio display touchscreen

over the last few weeks ive noticed my HVAC fan will blow just fine for the first 20-30 mins of my drive. After that i get no air coming out of the vents. After researching this topic it seems that i may be having an issue with my Blower Control Motor (Lexus part# 87165-22050) https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/...r-unit,,87165C

many of the threads on this topic discuss pre 98 cars. Is there anything unique about the 98-00 cars that i am missing or should look into prior to assuming the Blower control motor is the problem? Could it possibly be a fuse or relay under the hood that is bad? IF that were the case then my blower motor wouldnt work for the first 20-30 mins of my drive.

thanks

I'd monitor the fan power with a cheap Harbor Freight DVM full time while driving. That would tell you which direction to go.
