Help p0340

I bought a 1997 ls 400 and there is a check engine light and a trac off light which is blinking, when i checked with my OBD scanner i got a code p0340
(camshaft position sensor ) not sure what is wrong the previous owner replaced the sensor twice but still there is check engine light

Need help😓
