I find many 1st gen LS400 at the local junkyard in Stanton and Ontario, socal.
you can pull a used one off an engine.

brand new, try: https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/oem-le...on_sensor.html

or the good ol 'bay': https://www.ebay.com/itm/Denso-Camsh...7x0d:rk:1:pf:0

Have asked NGK whether they offer or will offer.
Can you provide several high quality images?

Also made mention of the Mass Airflow Meter (cost of aluminum venturi.)

Am I missing something here? Rockauto has 5 to choose from, granted not OEM but if availability is an issue...
(Is the Cali emissions aspect that critical???)
