Default Rear brake caliper recommendations?

Did the rear brakes and one of the dust boots has torn. Rock Auto has the Raybestos FRC10558 PG Plus that shows a remanufactured AISIN caliper...are they good?
Recommendations?

The rebuild kits are sub $3 so not sure if that is a possibility to pursue. I'll make enough of a mess removing it let alone having it on the bench to work on. Time wise relative to cost what are your thoughts on the caliper swap or rebuild?

Personally I've never rebuilt a caliper. Almost had to on my son's Acura but he traded that in on a 2018 Fusion. (Police package) Awesome car.
But I'd say if you have the time and work bench (kitchen table ) to rebuild it then that's the way to go. No sense paying that much for a reman when you can do it yourself for $3.

Might go to the junk yard to see if they have any calipers. That makes it easy to do a faster swap out. For the $3 or so, rather not have to pay $100 and get a $35 core back.

Stay away from Cardone remans...pure junk. O'Rielly store brand "Brake Best" seems to be consistently good. The cores don't look like they were stored in a barrel of salt water. Plus, lifetime warranty.

Cheers
