00 LS400 Pass Rear Window & Lock not working

I just picked up a 2000 LS400 platinum edition! Love the car!! Only problem I’m having is with the rear passenger side door lock & window- they both don’t work. I noticed a module in the door & the used window motor I bought from the junkyard had a different plug - didn’t realize the lock didn’t work until now. The light on the door panel does work.

Any advice?

sure, first welcome to the club, glad to have you, now go back and read the stickies at the beginning and learn all you can, then do a search and get a college education on the forum, and apply what you have learned, and tell us about it...... this has been explored at length..

Problem solved. I searched & couldn’t find anything. I ended up swapping the driver side door control module with the passenger side(bad one) & it was the problem. I’ve worked on bmws & Audi’s for 20 years. It amazes me how difficult I made this or stressed about this due to my brain being trained in German engineering!
