www.google.com

Start there. Otherwise you're asking for a modification used for turbo engines on an NA car for no purpose other than making noise. It can be done, but you're pretty much on your own in terms of getting it working with the VVTi 1uz.

In the old days it was easy, I'd find a nice hill and coast down it in gear and switch off the engine and pump the gas pedal a few times then turn on the ignition and huge pop, if it was done a lot soon the muffler was no good. Had fun scaring people riding in the vehicle they weren't expecting the noise.

First call pick a part and get a quote for a trashed ls400 and make sure its good for 6 months so you know what you get when they tow it away. Then proceed to trash it as fast as you can.Have pick a part tow away car.

you will get pops if you remove the catalytic converters and single exit the exhaust

you will get the cops called on you for gun shots if you put a 2 step rev limiter on this engine

get the old apexi safc2 and a wideband gauge if you want some huge flames with those pops

i would say get a 2 step then

i use the msd one thats right around $100 super easy to use and install
its good for pops and flames on the low gain setting at car shows and stuff but also keeps me off limiter when im having fun drifting

if you get one on and working post a video somewhere
im curious how other brands perform

ah the life of being a teenager...in texas where smog laws don't apply.
glad to hear you're keeping the cats intact, the car won't run as well without them.
