What kind of idiot would use an LS400 for racing. Besides we all know that there aren't many things we can do to our engines to modd them and add horse power unless we spent tons of money on custom turbos or super charge. I think that kid is just a ricer burner with a Lexus and from what he says he got a new Lexus, I guess his parents haven't learned their lesson in loosing one child so there just going to give him another Lexus, I'm sorry but IMO that's wrong I wouldn't give that kid another car untill he earns it for his own sake. Oh and one more thing, he didn't seem like he cared much about his brother but he cared alot more about his wrecked car. I think some people just have issues.

 

Perhaps the moderator should delete the entire thread started by Vietmystic. It does no good on this forum and only serves to generate disagreements.
The story appears to be a complete fabrication.

 

Guys that post has been closed since early yesterday morning. The originator made another post about it, which I merged in with the original thread because I didn't want to open the flaming back up again.

We try not to delete threads on ClubLexus whenever possible. When things get out of control we try to explain why we're stopping it (in public or in private via PM) and then just lock the thread. That thread (like this one) only serves to generate disagreements like you said.

This thread closed for the same reason. Let's let this topic die off, please.
