Unlimited money and a perfect condition, high mileage car? I want to see photos.
If it's unlimited money, sell yours to someone who will enjoy it, get another one that needs tlc, paint it in pearl white with gold flake, redo the interior with Clazzio seat covers, slap on a supercharger, and put 17" LS 430 rims on it. It's more fun that way...
Or, buy a new car, like kitabel said.

i'd restore it to as near showroom condition as possible, especially including any and all worn out suspension components. i'd also get 4 brand new oem non-replica 16" non-chrome alloys (chrome wheels are too cadillac) and wrap them with michelin mxv4s. ideally no swapping of any major components to leave as much of the original 90s integrity as possible, and to be as honorable as possible to eiji toyoda
if you want tomess up modify an LS do as celsi0r said and buy one that's already been in like a crash and has damaged paint etc... then since you have unlimited money do as you like!! install that bose active suspension, or custom fabricate a carbon fiber unibody and active aerodynamics and go for the nurburgring record in the 90s japanese luxury sedan category
if you want to

unlimited budget, but what about down time?
at that mileage I would rebuild the entire motor so it's all leak free then do an ITB setup on it (youtube 1UZ ITB!),
change all the bushings and suspension components to adjustable units from t-demand or serialnine,
polish and protect the paint (or repaint),
get better frontal lighting such as a projector retrofit,
and get a better wheel/tire package.
I like them WIDE, had 19x10 and 19x11 on my LS, stock fendered and tastefully lowered!
