What valve/hose is this? Can't find a part name/number anywhere

I can't find the name of this part. Just bought this Ls400 and someone did a very poor jb weld on this hose. 2000 ls400 trouble shooting for a p0171 code.

and
W0133-1739223 <--- this should be the breather hose for the other bank

Okay, that looks right. Thank you, I found pictures of it, but couldn't find a part number. Been up since 4am for work. Passing out at the moment.

I'm still learning car basics. What does a breather line do? Making an educated guess I'd say that it brings air to the injectors from the intake?

It's looking like this is the pcv valve hose. okay, I'm less lost now.

These aren't toyota/Lexus part numbers.

For the '98-00 LS400 the PCV hose is 12261-50040 (listed as Vent Hose) and the other bank's hose (NOT a PCV valve, just a breather) is 12262-50020 (Vent Hose 2).
