Seen lots of them, and scratched and dented under side stuff too.

This is a terrible waste of time for most folks.. nothing really to see... move it to advertising, or just commercials.

Agreed with Billy and Dicer. This one in particular might be better suited for the build threads section, because it's someone's project.

I've been disappointed with the curated content, since the last one was about destroying an LS. It's poor taste to choose content of a car being destroyed, and then showing that to those who own them.. An audience analysis is in need here

I'd like to see more coverage about the 1st and 2nd gen LS at events, like the Auto Guanzhou car show recently, or Motor Trend's article on the 1990 LS.

In the end all the modified cars will be scrapped. The only ones that will be left and worth huge $ are the super clean untouched factory stock cars. Museums and collectors are not looking for cars or trucks that have been modified. The unmolested is the rare of the rare.

There will be VERY few LS's that end up with museums or collectors. Too many made, and too many doors. Regarding the car, not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate most anyone's automotive passion. Probably posted in the wrong forum. Should be with build threads

I like it, though not quite to my taste.

His car, do as he will.

Man, too many doors is right. It's interesting looking at the media coverage of the first generation LS400 and the NSX in the early 90s compared to now. It seems like both cars were held to the same regard in their respective segments then, but now the LS is mostly forgotten. I wonder if there will ever be any real appreciation for clean examples of LS400s. It seems like they're getting less common out on the street, and I can't remember the last time I saw one that didn't look neglected.

I disagree.Reminds me of VW beetles, crushed into oblivion and now being sought after.IMO the LS was a market making car,and the rate they are being crushed must be huge.I can see it gaining some respect.Museum respect,no,street car local show cars.....yup.It really defines that body style of car.

I agree,I see a lot of junkers, not a car too many 3rd owners could maintain.
