Default lexus ls 400 1998 misfire bank 1 NEED HELP??!!

first of all let me start by presenting myself ,
i am from quebec canada , i have a lexus ls 400 1998 185 000km.
im currently having several problems with my car , i have done alot of research , gone through many posts but can’t seem to come across my problem. it all started wihile i was slowly cruising down the street when suddenly the car started jercking very badly as if i were missing 4 cylinders, the car had an harley davidson sound and was shaking like crazy 😂.
so i continued slowly home (2 minutes from where it happend) when i got home i plugged ob2 scanner and i got several codes : all o2 sensors, missfire cylinder 1,3,5,7 , bank 1 vvti malfunction. so i did my research and came across vvti solenoid , i decided to get new ones , changed both of them. still did not solve my probleme
the next day something even worse happend , my car went into protection and had a cutt off at 2800 rpm wich i figured was my ef1 fuse after surching on threads . the cutt off was now solved but my initial problem came back after car had reach its normal opperating temperature.
discouraged i went to the garage to have things checked out , i had secondary 02 sensor bank 2 that had ripped off so i changed that , (did not solve any problem) , then we checked for the mass air flow witch they figured wasnt working so i proceeded to changing it , still did not solve my probleme. now i was left with only 1 code : ocv circuit malfunction , so since i had replaced the solenoids i decided to have my ecu caps checked out so i took my ecu to an electronic shop and all my caps were in perfect condition so i figured the computer was not the probleme . the next day i went to another garage witch did several tests on my sensors , and he was able to reproduce the problem by applying 12v to the vvti solenoid while engine was idling and when he removed the 12v the engine came back to normal. the thing is he couldnt find why , when the problem would occur the engine would be misfiring like that and would not return to normal like the tests he did ...
i have put lots and lots of money into solving this problem without any succes so if anyone would have a clue to what this could be or have experianced something similar any help would be greatly appriciated. 😀
ps: sorry if my english is bad french is my first language !
