Default issues with my ls400

Alright guys, this is my first post to a forum.
I recently picked up a 96 ls400 with a few problems with her but she seems decent. First up it has cel P0340, i have replaced the cam sensor but did not fix the issue. I would like to know if someone had something they know of what could cause this.
Second as usual after buying a car i changed the oil but at a shop this time, they added a whole bunch of additives to the car to burn carbon deposits but now after a decent drive of maybe 50 miles or more in one day, the next morning or maybe even the next day it starts spewing out white smoke and reaks of gas. Ticking can be heard ONLY when it starts smoking. The car shudders and shakes with slight hesitation in throttle. I think the additive is doing its job by cleaning out whats being burned but im not sure, my car is straight piped no cats or mufflers and when it starts to smoke eventually cream colored liquid can be seen in the tips of the exhaust.
Lastly when the car is cold its idle fluctuates, it revs on its own from 800rpm to about 1200rpm for about 5 minutes until it is warm, if you try to put it in drive it will bog but as it warms up ite bogging will rise with how hot the car is and the temp outside. Its redline is at 3000rpm i cant go any higher or it will begin to bog and studder.
Any info works thank you!

Sounds like ECM failure to me. Although straight piping an LS400 is a disgrace to me. And it’s not designed to run like that. I would be fixing that right away.

you have to find out exactly what was added to the car. it sounds like seafoam was added to give that smoke on start up but that should definitely go away after 50 miles!
a leaking IACV on the power steering pump would introduce PS fluid into the intake tract and burn, so that's a very common issue.

how many miles on the car? the car is not running correctly without cats so that already complicates troubleshooting on our end.

lastly I would check and replace your ECT sensor:
