A rattling sound is coming from right behind the sunroof, when I put pressure on the spot with my hand the rattle stops. It occurs anytime I go over bumps or the chassis flxes. It's extremely annoying please help

Does the rattle stop with the sunroof shade slid back? The sunroofs frames are really mounted well to the body. I haven't seen this before but it's possible that something has broke or come loose. Working on the front of the sunroof mechanism is fairly easy but anything rear of the glass would required dropping the headliner which is a PITA as it is in any car.
