There are 4 O2 sensors, 2 upstream (before cat) & 2 downstream (after cat) sensors on each bank. Why are you changing them? You'll need to give us more info so we can help you.

Stay away from the stealer & go w/ Rockauto. I've purchased tons of parts from this online store for years. They have very good price & good selection of parts based on how much you want to spend. In regards to the O2 sensors & cats, you can't go wrong w/ Denso as it's OEM & you can go w/ aftermarket cats i.e. Walker, Magnaflow, etc... but make sure it's legal in your state.

Total of four for the vehicle.
Two upstream (one left and one right) and two downstream (one left and one right). Math quiz on Monday.

Now call a few local muffler shops for price. It should be around $100 to get them install assuming the exhaust pipes & mufflers are still in good shape. For the new O2 sensors, make sure you screw them in first then hook up the connectors, otherwise the wires will twist on you. Good luck.

For other's buying O2 sensors, check Amazon too. I just bought some Denso bank 1 sensors for $45/each. They had a prior sale I missed out on and that price was $39.98
