Where to get LS400 Repair manual?
So some things I would like to do a DIY on my car since it would probably be cheaper to do. I am wondering if anyone got a repair manual book here (https://www.diyrepairmanuals.com/products.asp?cat=6287). Would you recommend another place to get one?
Thanks

Sorry sorry sorry for the 6 year bump - but I can't really find an answer. And this thread is the 2nd hit on google so it should continue to provide results for the future.
Is this still a viable option? When I search for my car, it only displays the owners manual and stuff like that.
Does the repair manual come up only after you subscribe?

It's more expensive now. Once you subscribe, it take a few days for your account to become active. The subscription is handled by some arm of Snap-On, IIRC. I purchased the monthly subscription and spent a few weeks exploring and downloaded everything I could.
The only thing lacking is a detailed A650E transmission (mechanical) manual. I found this from other sources. Example:

I found dead tree editions for sale on Etsy for my 1993 LS. There's a seller that has real manuals for 96-99 (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1284178...0-service-shop)
I wanted to have the dealer shop manuals so I could figure out how to disassemble my headliner panels in order to unclog a sunroof drain. Still in progress, but the manuals gave me the confidence to undertake the task myself. Note: I am not affiliated with this seller and am only recommending based on my personal experience.

I went the same way and got mine off ebay. I ordered the wrong one, and they were super cool about me sending back the wrong version and adding the correct version.
