Where is front parking lights on UCF21?

Hello. I have EUDM LS400 1999 and there is no parking lights in the front. When I'm turning light switch into first position, then tail lights are on but front is completely dark. I didn't found any other bulbs in headlights, and that thing near fog light is also without any socket for bulb. And I didn't found anythimg about parking lights in user manual. Few days ago I passed technical inspection and they said nothing about it. Is it possible that it's originally so?
As I know in USDM cars turn signals works like side lights, maybe it's possible somehow to turn them on?

The following post I made in 2008 has a photo with an arrow pointing to the front parking light bulbs: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...ml#post3254305

Yours are probably only burned out and need replacements. The US and EU markets used the same headlight housings.

Thank you wery much. Didn't found it in forum search, maybe because it was called "City light" :D

But still I'm interested of making turn signals work like parking lights. It's nice and unusual thing here in Europe.

Why would you want to do that? Are front facing amber/orange parking permitted in countries that are signatories of European Commission vehicle regulations? My European friends have had to convert front amber parking lights to white when importing U.S. market vehicles into their countries before they can register them.

By our law if it's made originally by car factory, not just obviously connecting wires, then it's legal. I had programmed same thing in BMW, had no problems about it.
