Difference between RCA's and UCA's?

I've been looking to find solutions to adding a little positive camber to my 97 LS. Normally, with previous cars, I have used adjustable upper control arms to fix the negative camber that happens as a result of lowering a car. With my LS, however, I can not seem to find anyone besides SerialNine that manufacturer an adjustable UCA. I have read a few reviews on roll center adjusters, but have not found a definitive answer as to whether they create positive or negative camber. Is a roll center adjuster what I need or is there something else I need that I haven't considered yet?
The car is lowered on H&R springs, which gave it about a 2 inch drop. Any help is appreciated.

Most cars don't have factory camber adjustment. Haveyou maxed the factory camber adjusters out in the rear?

There are rear UCAs (RUCAs), and UCAs (upper control arms, more generic term, can mean front or rear). A set of rear LCA (lower control arm) can also help remove camber.

Remember this is a multilink/a-arm car, not McPherson strut.
