May seem trivial but it was driving me nuts. My blue fabric was dyed white from sun. I hit Hobby Lobby for something but wasn't sure what. Ended up with this fabric paint (which I didn't know existed until an employee showed me). Used a foam brush and lightly worked the paint in all directions. First pic is where I tested the paint on the corner. Dried in 15 minutes and doesn't clump or block holes. There's a ton of colors available.

good work! this is very common esp with cars that never had their rear windows tinted. I see this a lot over here in cali as well.
