1995 Lexus LS400

Replaced the battery and now the car won't start. It has power but just clicks and won't turn over.

redo your installation and make sure your connections are CLEAN....all of them and retry
if you still get a click, your starter contacts are bad (and thats bad)

Could be a bad terminal at the wire, or you didn't clean them good enough, or the new battery is not charged.
