Default Preferred method to clean UCF10 PS Resevoir?

i have mine off the Power Steering pump as I go about the replacement.

What is the best way to clean the screen at the bottom?

i would also be interested in replacement O-rings that do not require the purchase of the complete Lexus rebuild kit.

a little gasoline will dissolve anything in there. Better than brake cleaner or other things that might work OK. Then hose it out with water. Repeat if necessary. Then let it bake in the sun to dry out.

I have taken the top off and cleaned them, but you may end up marking it recrimpping it.
