OBD2 Scanner Ls400 1995
Guys, looking to buy an OBD2 scanner for my Ls400 1995. I have the Cel on since I got this baby 5 yrs ago.
Below are the options available.
Autel Autolink AL319
Autel Maxiscan MS309
Elm327 Bluetooth
What would've be the best based on your experience?
Thanks,
Shiv

Got an Elm 327 adapter. On connecting to the obd port, it turns on fine. Pairs successfully with an android phone.
Upon opening the Torque app, it says it has trouble connecting to Ecu. Any workarounds you suggest guys?

You need to use a scanner which is capable to use the communication protocol called Toyota K-line which is widely used for non North American market cars. The ELM327 is not compatible with it.

AL319 is a great OBD for the price. I used on my 98 Lexus es 300 and Ford F250 to check codes and clean. It worked as expected and help me diagnose my car and truck. it's very easy and fast, i recommended it .
