No dash light, warnings light up aswell as low gas

This picture is with my headlights on. Now - if there's a seperate button to illuminate the dash, let me know and slap me. But I doubt that. However there is a huge amount of buttons, so I wouldn't be surprised (jk). Anyway, the problem is self explanatory. One fuse WAS out. I forget the number but when I replaced it, the lights you see came on. I just bought the car so I don't know if it was flickering before it went out. I did a search before making this post and I saw a lot of that but I don't know if that's my problem. Someone mentioned fuse #13 and also #23, if I remember correctly. Should I check those? Even though I can estimate my speed, it's nice to know how fast I'm going (the gauges work - I just can't see them). I'm praying this is something easy! Thanks again guys. You might remember me. I bought that crashed '95 and it's running better than both of my parents' Ford Focuses (2002 and 2004) now. I fixed the mechanical stuff. I think secretly my dad envies me right now.... |
I'm sorry - this car is a 1995 with 200k miles.
Any ideas? By now I feel out the speed but it would still be nice to see it. |

right, you might have your dimmer all the way down. it's a knob on the left hand side of the steering wheel, as circled!https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...619a16d159.jpg

also I couldn't help but notice your steering wheel is all the way UP?! the tilt and telescoping function can be repaired!
