my damper setting is 20 front 15 rear, but I'm on air and I'm 2nd gen 97. what I've always gone by is to never set it to full soft or full hard. you have up to 30 clicks, soft to hard.
I say play with the settings though if you don't have the extenders for the rear, it will be difficult with the seats installed.

With those extenders can you hear/feel the "click" when you've changed the setting? That looks odd but sure would be convenient.

i set the pre-load myself according to the video. used the spanner wrench as an adjustment gap once i turned to lower perch in as far as i could by hand....then tightened lock nut. i assume close is good enough unless u get into counting threads or measuring the spring length?
