Default Worth just buying the control arms?

How easy do the bushing come out? I could save more than $100 if I just order the bushing but I'm afraid it might be hard to get the old ones out. Is it easier to just replace the whole control arm with bushings already in?

Which car?

Which control arm?

Also, depending on the answers to those, how much mileage?

Is there another component like another bushing or a ball joint in this control arm that may be worn out too?

You would require a minimum of a 12 ton press for any type of bushing work. Those run about $125 at harbor freight.

If you dont plan on doing more than just the arms, it's a lot easier and less time consuming to buy the new control arms.

I had a press, so all it cost me was a few hours of time and $28 bucks for my LCA bushings.
