Default NEED HELP - 00 LS can't identify hose

Slightly L shaped hose.
Have 2000 LS400 141k miles sith dry rotten mystery hose. Feel like an idot asking this but after asking half dozen car guys I know, hours of googling and two trips to auto parts store I still have no idea what this hose is. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would awesome, looked through the FAQ section and did not see anything there so posting here.

Google the part number of the solenoid the hose is connected to. I'm not too familiar with the 98-00 motors.

I purchase "wholesale" from Lexus, Toyota and Honda....

If you drop them a line and mention ClubLexus perhaps they can work an arrangement with you
