Default Engine Oil Leak & Coolant Issue

Hello,
Its a 96 LS400, I live in high temperature area where in summers its about 45-52^C. I stupidly used 5w30 engine oil couple of times from the local garages.
Ever since, I have got some leaks due to the oil being thin.
I had valve cover gasket leaked - replaced.
I had camshafts and crankshaft gasket leaked - replaced. Also did the timing belt and water pump replacement too
Today, I opened the hood, just to routine check the oils, coolant level, brake fluid, engine oil, etc.
Came to know that there is a leak on behind the engine on passenger side i.e Bank 2. Any idea where its leaking, and how hard is the labor job.
Also, I noticed that there was some kind of white cream filled only on inside the wall of coolant reservoir tank, The coolant alone is red, and no change in color.
