Default 1993-1994 ls400 y pipe

The entire Y-pipe, and catalytic converter mating flanges are toast.

Looking for aftermarket supplier of the following,

1.) Y-pipe with correct mating flanges that will work with OEM gaskets and;

2.) Catalytic converter "test pipes"; or alternatively

3.) Supplier of correct mating flanges for exhaust manifold (if not replacing catalytic converter ) and flange set between exhaust manifold for producing fabricated y pipe assembly

Find a good exhaust shop and take the old parts there for a pattern, my brother had good luck doing that with one of his cars. I would not take the whole car unless you don't care about all the banging around on the underside they would do trying to fit it.

The part has a spot face and a counter bore. If you get the dimensions I'd like to have them too.

Here is LEXTREME website where I located this part.

Clicking on the image provides:

Does anyone have current contact info for Lextreme?

I located this link;

Attached is drawing as "CAT.dwg" file.

The link also provides ".DXF" version.

Does anyone have software to open then convert to .PDF.?

Thanks.

This server states .dwg is an invalid file. Perhaps a member can tackle the software issue to download and convert file to .pdf.

Are the 95-00 models the same as earlier models? I have a Y-pipe I removed due my factory one hitting some road debris at some point in its life. Luckily i found a salvage guy that didn't use the jaws of life on his and was able to use that in my car.

Do you need one? I have a factory OEM Lexus one available, but it has a gash in one of the tubes, right before the merging to the 1 pipe. The cat is intact and still good and flanges are rust free since mine is an AZ car, it came right off with hand tools. PM me if you're interested.
