Default Correct idle?
hello everyone. I have a 94 ls400 and wanted to know where it should be idleing at when it is in park. Thank you.

When warm it should idle such that you don't hear it or feel it. Somewhere close to 1000 RPMs but might be a tad under that. Then in gear with foot on the brake it should be closer to 600.
The 1k RPMs might be a bit high... not in the car at the moment.

My 98 idles in park at around 750 rpms.
