Well That's the thing above 1000RPM it outputs between 13.5 and 14.5 Volts but at idle Standstill, it wont stay above 12.6 I know I'll need a new one. but I'm looking to spend as little money as possible if need be.

*UPDATE!!!!*
Cam Cover gaskets Have Been Replaced on both sides. along with spark plug tube gaskets, spark plugs and wires. need to get new vacuum lines for the entire engine. but not sure how to/where to route everything. also my throttlebody needs a ... VERY VERY good cleaning. wondering if they made a rubber gasket for the throttle bodies on the 2nd gen.
