Default Oil leak!

replaced the lower oil pan gasket still leaking

From around the pan? How bad? Check the bolt torque again. May have to do the drill again to verify the gasket surface is allowing it to seat properly and or the pan is not damaged at those mating surfaces.

The lower pan hardly ever leaks unless it's been messed with. More than likely it's the front crank seal. It's really hard to provide any answer to such a vague poorly thought out post however.

With the OP's vague-ness, who knows what year he has. But I've never seen a pan gasket on an LS400 from the factory. Just FIPG.

Yea I think it's the crank seal anyway to do it without messing with the timing

There was no gasket I nope then gasket put one on and my Ls is a 97
