Hi Leowaner.
I don't know of anyway to replace the resistor without soldering, and any alternative solution is going to be much harder/weirder/more dangerous than an ecu repair. I can't guarantee an ecu rebuild would fix your specific issue, but the capacitors in the ecus are pretty guaranteed to be messed up by 2025 and it causes a lot of problems... gremlins.
If you are uncomfortable soldering there are services available that would be able to do this upgrade for you. I can't recommend anyone since I haven't used their services, but ebay has one up for ~$225 + shipping. I guess make sure they'll do this specific resistor as well and not just all the caps.
I can say for my ls400, the ECU rebuild fixed all the apparent issues and now she's a lovely daily. no regrets
