well hey atleast its the AC and it works! you could have the heater stuck on..
once apon a time I had a w126 560SEL. black on black. heater was stuck on full blast and the windows wouldn't roll down. try dealing with that dead in the middle of a central florida summer.... one of the reasons I gave up my w126 fetish and went to ucf10s and 20s. they are beautiful cars but when they start talking $h!T its always hideously expensive stuff and weird things like that. I went through a Old Mercedes phase had a dozen of them. all had weird issues.
back on topic, I wonder if its a possible relay problem or something?
