Default Side mirror issues

Trying to solve a few electrical issues with my '93 LS. For starters, the power mirrors don't work and I'm having problems determining whether or not these have the memory feature. Is there a separate selector switch for the memory function which my LS lacks or is it part of the memory seat switch that happens to also not be working. If it's the latter, I'm incline to focus on the power mirror ECU since the switches check out and because of the faulty memory seat switch.
I have a OEM '94 repair manual that states the location behind the glove box but am concerned that what I found is not the ECU. Could there be another location or do I assume the mirrors are without memory, thus not requiring ECU.

If near the driver door handle there is a key pad with buttons then you have the driver memory option, and it works the seat, the mirrors, and the steering wheel, head rests, and seat belt top guide. If its not working check fuses, connections, and the ecu for that function.

Great, it's confirmed that I have the memory option for the mirrors, now if some one could help me locate the side mirror ECU I'll be forever grateful.

Mine went out in my 97, which I have since sold but I just gently clicked them into place and left them. There was only one driver so no need to fiddle with them. It's annoying though to have so many ECU/ECM components that are so hard to locate. When my mirrors went, so did my memory settings, fob and telescoping well when you insert keys. Good luck, and yes it would be awesome if there were a schematic of what and where.
