Default Low Air Flow from AC Vents

Hi,

I purchased a 1997 LS400 last fall with 133K miles, so I have not used the air conditioning until the other day. Even though the fan is on high, the flow out of the vents is weak. I am thinking of changing the cabin air filter, but need to know where it is located and how to access it. I went on YouTube and I did not see anything pertaining to this model Lexus.

Can anyone direct me to a place where I can follow to change the filter? If air flow is still inadequate after the filter change, what should I do next, as far as troubleshooting?

It's at the back of the glove box, behind a thin plastic panel.

Optionally a furnace filter like 3M's Filtrete if you want to cut your own.
