Does anyone happen to have a step by step or a basic outline to help me get off my passenger side mirror housing please?....greatly appreciate any help...Thank You im guessing the entire door panel and the speaker grille need to come off?

Hey all, just purchased a lightly wrecked 1999 LS400 and piecing it back together. Do I have to remove the entire door panel to get the side view passenger mirror off.
