Trade: LS for Corvette
Hey all. I'm just throwing this out there so that if you ever run into someone who's looking for a Vette, you can refer him/her to look for this thread.
Anyways.. Pictures can be seen here:

Right now, I have a Winter car (always changes) and a Summer car (the Vette). I'll be replacing my Winter car with a 98-02 STS this Winter and I'd like to replace the Vette with an LS shortly afterwards. I'm not sure which year I really want regarding the LS - so I'm open for discussion on that..
The Vette is an '87.. Basically, it spends a lot of time in storage and I just rather not have a car I never see. When the car is ready for trade, it will be in mint condition (body is excellent but interior has normal wear which I will replace) in and out and have no problems - not even the slightest leak.
The car is currently getting about $3400.00 in maintenance and will have another $4000.00 in work shortly thereafter (new leather for seats, steering wheel replacement since it's worn - things like that).
Anyway, I'll either be working some sort of private deal with somebody or trading it in for something next year. Maybe I'll get a C5, maybe I'll get a Lexus... Who knows...

If you choose the lexus go for the second gen lexus 95 or better. I think it has the best body style and some imperfections from the 1st gen where resolved. As with any 1.0 version

Thank you. I'll certainly keep that in mind. Hopefully I'll get some sort of trade going at one point or another. Everyone needs a change once in a while...
